NO REFUND POLICY

At Digital Confidence Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, courses, and digital experiences to all of our clients.

Due to the nature of our services—including digital products, training sessions, and scheduled appointments—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to attend scheduled services will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
- Digital content, course materials, and access to online platforms are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review all service details, pricing, and requirements prior to purchase.

In certain situations, at our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time rescheduling option or service credit. However, this is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
